Terms & Conditions for Navratri 2025 Giveaway

The Navratri Giveaway will commence on 22nd September 2025 and will conclude on 30th September 2025 at 11:59 PM. Any entries submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered. This giveaway is organised by Vega Industries Private Limited.

The giveaway will be conducted on the Company’s official Instagram handle (https://www.instagram.com/vegabeauty/) during the specified dates (inclusive).

• Participants must:
  1. Dress up in their Navratri look (outfit + hair/beard style/makeup).
  2. Share a photo or reel of their festive look on Instagram story/post.
  3. Tag @VegaBeauty and use the hashtag #CareInEveryStyle or #CareToShine in their entry.
• 9 Lucky winners will get a chance to win Vega Goodies.
• Participants will not be able to choose the gifts. The brand will select and send the gifts. Visual representations of the giveaway items may not necessarily match the actual products received by winners.

Each participant may submit only one entry per day during the giveaway period.

The giveaway is open to Indian citizens residing in India only. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

• The Company will select one winner each day (9 winners in total) in its sole discretion and shall announce the winners by posting on the official social media handle.
• No personal communications will be sent. Participants are requested to check the Company’s social media handle regularly.
• Lucky winners selected by the Company shall stand a chance to win a gift. The giveaway prize is non-transferable. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prize.
• The Company shall not be responsible for handing over the prize if the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the announcement.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice.

• The giveaway is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e., Act of God or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
• The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the accessing of their information, content, and/or images by the Company and/or its agency for the purpose of the giveaway.
• The Company shall be at liberty to use the entries received for media coverage, advertisement, and publicity in any form existing today or developed in the future, including the promotion of products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by it, without any further consideration to participants.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any entry without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection.

• Participants must not indulge in any unlawful, harassing, libelous, offensive, or vulgar behaviour.
• Any entries insulting or harming any person, organization, religion, or community shall be disqualified.

• This giveaway is being made purely on a “best endeavor” basis and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation is voluntary, and participants expressly agree to participate at their sole risk and expense.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or other liability arising from participation in the giveaway.
• All Instagram terms of use as specified by Meta as well as those stated by the Company apply.
• Participants agree that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).

In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the giveaway, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
